"Update August 2025: I highly recommend Ryan's service. I wanted to upgrade my thermostat into a smart unit. The original plan was to install an ecobee to be remotely controlled via WIFI. After hearing my use case, Ryan suggested a different model (Honeywell wireless) that suited my situation a lot better and did not rely on the wireless in case the internet went out. Ryan not only did a fantastic job rewiring the thermostat, but also explained how different parts of the heat pump system work in detail. After the installation, he turned on all three mode (EM heat, heat and cool) to make sure they were all working properly before leaving. Being a technical person myself, I really appreciate Ryan's attention to details and willingness to go above and beyond solving clients' problems. December 2024: Good experience working with them. The technician Ryan was knowledgeable, practical and efficient. They didn’t upsell. Josh the manager was pleasant to work with and demonstrated a high level of flexibility and compassion for the customer. One bonus point is that they provide surge protector installation to protect the electronics inside the heating system, which is helpful during storm seasons when power surges occur."

"Eight days ago our furnace stopped working. I called several places to come out and look at it. King's was the only one who was willing to squeeze us in, every other company said they couldn't because they were too busy. King's made it a priority because we were without heat and have a baby. They sent someone out the next day. Richard called ahead to ask if he could come early, was thorough, and explained our options to fix or replace. We knew it needed to be replaced soon since it was over 20 yrs old. We opted for that option and King's sent someone to give us a quote that very afternoon. Bi came, was friendly, also thorough, and spent his evening finishing up the quote so we could have it ASAP to make our decision and get a new furnace in quickly. We decided to finance for 12 months with no interest. Michaela made sure we got all the documents signed and approved in time for them to install today, a Saturday! Mike and Michael agreed to work on a Saturday to get our family heat. They arrived early this morning and did an amazing job, started their work with no power (power outage), explained everything, installed our Nest thermostat, and left everything clean. I am truly grateful and amazed at how kind everyone is at King's and how much they went out of their way. Truly grateful and very happy with the service. Definitely recommend."

"King's Heating moved mountains to replace a failed furnace on a 100-year old home that I had just moved into. The bad furnace wasn't caught during the inspection and naturally this all happened during their peak busy time. Nevertheless Christopher came out the next day, conducted a very thorough and detailed inspection, and provided an estimate with two highly rated furnace options at fair prices. Unfortunately, they were booked out for 2 weeks when Christopher left, but Michaela at the front office was able to work miracles and get us on the books much sooner than originally expected. The furnace was installed shortly after, including a modern smart thermostat, and my family is now all settled into a new home with working heat. I highly recommend the folks at King's Heating, and will absolutely call them again should trouble arise."
